The wedding season has hit and I now think March may be it! Part 2

March has been such a fun month so far and I am so happy to be part of more amazing couple’s stories. I had the pleasure of meeting Arli and Adam who are from Victoria but have lots of family connections still in Coffs Harbour and Dorrigo. They celebrated their special day at Gleniffer and I had my first ceremony next to the church and quaint hall. They had very cool and can I even say “hipster” mates who were really talented and performed live music throughout the ceremony which really added to the day. I loved delivering their story and really enjoyed the amazing styling and theme to their day. I then had the pleasure of marrying Adam and Shannon who are very excited to formalise their relationship at Opal Cove Resort. They have a great story on how they met and I must say I absolutely love hearing these. They are so excited to be starting their own family together and I enjoyed how fun they are. I also had the joy of being part of Greg and Nicole’s day. I had met Nicole through an exercise class and I liked her so was thrilled when she asked me to preside over her day. She was so excited to celebrate her union with Greg at the end of the Coffs Jetty and the weather was perfect. Amongst the boats and wind surfers and turtles doing back flips, vows were exchanged and stories told and then everyone cheered this great couple! Saturday took me to Ulong, a community about 1 hour out of Coffs Harbour in the hinterland. I was so excited to marry Vince and Katie who had recently moved there to help develop their parent’s one stop shop store. A great couple , who I had met over a year ago when the wedding was originally scheduled to take place. A baby on the way postponed their plans to this year so I loved how I really got to know this family. The setting was beautiful-an old but beautiful chapel complete with a confessional and alter set against the beautiful hilly mountains with arch windows and wooden floors and pews. Around 75 guests and a fantastic vibe they said “I do” in front of family and friends who were local and had travelled from everywhere! I so enjoyed officiating their special day. I have just followed this by a drive to Woolgoolga-only 20 minutes from Coffs harbour and to the most amazing beach to celebrate a local couple, Jarryd and Jess, who now live in Victoria, their day. I loved how they put their stamp on their day, what they wanted included and how they wanted their ceremony. I always encourage couples to have exactly what they want and what reflects who they are. We had a light sprinkle of rain throughout but this was perfect and they were really happy with how it all went too. So March is a happening month so far!!!!
